This is 100% fully licensed by KONMAI. For those who don't know what the CODEC is, the Codec is a communication device used in most of the Metal Gear Solid games, invented by Mei Ling. It allows Snake to keep in contact with other members of his team or people he has met in the game. Limited quantities were made of these cards.These were sold out and only 1 batch was made and that was split between Japan and North America! Konami decided to do something rather unique by actually printing these cards on a plastic called acetate which is light, clear and easy to print on. If you take each card and put it to the light you get to see full/clear details of the cards. I have to say they are extremely IMPRESSIVE in person! To make it rather special Konami made the series a limited Edition with every card coming with a 4 digit serial. Here you get the complete Metal Gear Solid CODEC cards. These cards in are MINT shape.
